AI used to generate something - text, images, videos, etc  Generative AI was a buzz word in 2024 and that isn't going away in 2025. If anything, we are seeing more companies begin to invest in Generative AI tools for their company and sales teams.  

2. Agentic AI

AI that acts in an autonomous fashion to complete multiple steps and perform actions on behalf of the user If you haven't heard of an "AI Agent" yet...you will very soon. Some basic AI agents have already been released and we will see them become more prevalent and advanced as time progresses.  

3. Embedded AI

AI that is embedded directly into your current workflow We are seeing this everywhere as many larger platforms like Microsoft, Google, HubSpot, Salesforce, and more have embedded AI right inside the software and tools we already use.   

 

Learning and understanding how AI in 2025 could be your biggest differentiator as a sales rep, sales leader, or organization.
